We specialise in medium- to long-term stays, typically from 2 weeks to 9+ months. Many of our bookings align to project phases and can be extended as work programmes evolve.

Yes. Every one of our properties includes parking for at least 2 vehicles.  We understand it is essential for contractor and site-based teams. 

Absolutely. The longer your stay, the bigger the potential discount. We're happy to provide a quote based on your needs which could be 40% off or more from the listed nightly rate.

Yes, all our properties include hotel-grade linen and 2 towels per person.

Pricing is usually offered on a fixed weekly or monthly basis, depending on length of stay.
This provides cost certainty and avoids fluctuating nightly hotel rates.

All accommodation is provided fully furnished and all-inclusive, typically including:

Yes. We regularly house small teams and full project groups, offering:

• Separate bedrooms (no sofa beds)
• Shared living and kitchen spaces

We offer flexible terms wherever possible:

• Extend stays as projects overrun
• Shorten stays with notice
• Scale up or down as team sizes change
